Do you feel worried very often; let us see what happens when you are worried
1. You can not think effectively;
2. You can not take any good decision;
3. You can not enjoy anything (food, movie, picnic);
4. You harm your health;
5. You can not communicate effectively;
6. You can not complete your work effectively;
Dear friends, when you are worried you are focusing on problems. And if you focus on
problem you can not find a solution because even you are part of problem.
Action Points
1. Whenever you come across any problem/challenge, just take it lightly as a part of your routine life;
2. Always focus on solutions; think, discuss and find out a solution.
When you focus on solution, you will soon find a good solution to any problem/challenge.
3. And remember you have only one energy; either you focus it on your problem or find solutions with this energy.
Don’t let any problem chase you, start chasing your problems and see the difference
you can make in your life and other people’s life.
If you are doing your best, you will not have time to worry about failure.
